Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures that all returns are handled in a timely manner while maintaining our high quality standards.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

• Were shipped directly from Tavexino Canada
• Are in their original, unworn condition
• Have all original tags and packaging intact
• Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Please Note: The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-tailored garments
• Altered items
• Accessories that have been used or show signs of wear
• Items marked as final sale

Return Process

2. Receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions
3. Package your item(s) securely with all original tags and documentation
4. Ship the package to our returns department at:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will receive an email confirmation of receipt
• Our quality control team will inspect the returned items
• Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Important Notes:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund

Exchanges

For size or style exchanges:

• Follow the same return process outlined above
• Indicate your desired exchange item in your return request
• Once your return is received, we will process the exchange if the requested item is in stock
• If the exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
• We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
• A replacement will be shipped once the return is processed
